Consultant’s Ink Testimonials

Consultant’s Ink is a Personal Improvement and Development Group established in 1997. We offer workshops, seminars, and training sessions geared to increasing the ability of our clients to see their potential for self improvement and personal growth beyond their current circumstances. Our commitment to being “People Developers” is the driving force behind our company and our mission to:

Our Trainers/Consultants understand that in order to bring out the best in people, we must first visualize the best in them. We look at people not as they are, but as they can be. This is our investment toward personal improvement. Further, we seek to create a climate of being a partner in establishing a working relationship with each of our clients.

All Consultant’s Ink workshops, seminars, and training sessions fall under one of three program group themes: What’s in Your Suitcase, Road to Self-Improvement, or Point the Way.

“What’s In Your Suitcase?”

“What’s in your Suitcase?” workshops, seminars, and training sessions are designed as one to two hour sessions or group presentations. They are so titled to “show how the analogy of a suitcase relates to how the whole of an individual’s personality is compartmentalized within that person; moves from one place to another; effected by certain experiences and influences; and can only be changed by taking some things out and/or putting some things in.” Theses program are straight forward presentations that are second to none because of the unique approach taken to look at ourselves and how we communicate with others.

The goals of “What’s in Your Suitcase?” programs are for program participants to leave understanding that each of us have different things in our SUITCASES; that our life’s experiences not only shape who we are, but also determines how we react to various situations; how we are viewed by others; how others respond to us; from time to time we need to dump some things or add some things to our suitcases; and finally, our successes and/or failures have a direct correlation to what we put in and take out of our suitcases under any given situation.

“Road to Self-Improvement”

“Road to Self-Improvement” workshops, seminars, and training sessions are designed as one to two hour sessions or group presentations. They offer individuals needing motivation our Don’t, Think, Do model for success:

These programs strive to give participants a “Road Map” to self discovery. The goal is to provide participants the opportunity to explore their thinking processes; determine courses of action; look inside of themselves; and finally, identify and embrace techniques that will aid them in redirecting their energies in a more positive way.

“Point the Way”

“Point the Way” workshops, seminars, and training sessions are designed as one to two hour sessions or group presentations. We offer interested individuals techniques to sharpening their life skills and forming positive attitudes about themselves and their potential for success in life. The operating premise of “Point the Way” is that: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step in the right direction.” “Point the Way” offers youth, adolescences, and adults the first step of their thousand mile journey to a more meaningful life. “Failure is Success looking in the wrong direction. Success is the Failure to give up when obstacles slows your progress.”
