BIOGRAPHY: The Founder

In 1997, after twenty five years of public service, a prevailing and ongoing theme of “working in the best interest of people, a commitment to educate people through any means available,” and the enjoyment of being a leader, a counselor, a coach, a mentor, and a motivator, John W. Elliott, Jr. B.A., MCM, founded Consultant’s Ink.

The former Juvenile Probation Officer, Prison Counselor, Public Defender Investigator, College Coach, Sports Information Director, H.E.W. Trio Program Director, City Manager, Human Resources Director and Trainer, and Deputy Director of a Drug and Alcohol Prevention Program, sought to change the lives of people in a positive manner.

Armed with these experiences, Mr. Elliott developed a number of unique personal growth, self-improvement, and motivational programs under the umbrella of CONSULTANT’S INK to address several different areas leading to the individual’s improvement in behavior, self-esteem, and personal growth.

A seasoned public speaker, Mr. Elliott has worked with people representing all economic, social and ethnic groups in the public and private sector environments. He has seen the best and worse in people throughout the years.
